🔁 Replacement Policy (24 Hours)
We offer a 24-hour replacement policy, which means you must raise a replacement request within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

• Replacement requests are accepted only after proper verification by our team
• Unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any replacement request
• The unboxing video must be clear, continuous, and without cuts, recorded from the moment the package is opened
Without proper unboxing proof, replacement requests cannot be processed.
✅ Eligible Cases for Replacement (Within 24 Hours)
Replacement requests will be accepted only in the following situations:
• Wrong item received
• Damaged item received
• Manufacturing defect in the product
Valid unboxing video proof is required for verification.
❌ Non-Eligible Cases (No Replacement / Refund)
Replacement or refund will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Size or dimension issues (details are mentioned in product description)
• Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
• Product used, damaged, or altered by the customer
• Missing original packaging or box
• Missing accessories, tags, or inserts
• Request raised after the 24-hour replacement window
📦 Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for replacement:
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Product must include original packaging, box, tags, and inserts
• All items received must be returned
Final approval will be based on inspection and unboxing video verification.
NityaShakti reserves the right to make the final decision regarding replacement eligibility.
🚚 Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days across India.
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
• Logistics delays
• Weather conditions
• Regional restrictions
• Courier partner issues
💰 Order Cancellation & Refund Terms
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Cancellation After Dispatch
If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, ₹100 logistics/shipping charges will be deducted.
The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days.
Prepaid Orders – Delivery Failure
If delivery fails due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable at delivery
• Customer refusal to accept the order
Shipping charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
COD Orders
Please verify the invoice amount before making payment to the courier partner.
NityaShakti is not responsible for any extra payment made directly to the courier.
Repeated Cash on Delivery (COD) order refusals may result in blocking COD facility for future orders.
💳 Refund Mode
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be:
• Processed to the original payment method (UPI / Bank / Card) within 3–5 working days
OR
• Issued as store credit, depending on the case.
🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Product
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 24 hours if:
• Product is damaged
• Product is defective
• Wrong product has been received
Without a valid unboxing video, replacement requests cannot be processed.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
• Clearance or sale items
• Combo offers or promotional bundles
• Free gifts
• Personal-use spiritual products once opened
Free gifts are promotional items and are not eligible for return or replacement.
🔄 How to Start a Replacement Request
To request a replacement:
1️⃣ Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
2️⃣ Share your Order Number
3️⃣ Provide Unboxing Video + Product Images
4️⃣ Our team will verify the request
5️⃣ If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged (where serviceable)
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, the customer may be required to self-ship the product.
Replacement will be processed after product inspection.
